This Annexure forms an integral part of the Agreement between Goelectronix Technologies Private Limited and the Partner under the brand “Warranty Mitra”.
1. PURPOSE
This Annexure (“Annexure”) forms an integral part of the Agreement executed between Goelectronix Technologies Private Limited (“Company”) and the Partner.
This Annexure defines the categories, scope, conditions, and limitations of service plans (“Plans”) offered under the brand “Warranty Mitra”.
2. NATURE OF PLANS
2.1 All Plans offered by the Company are:
- Service and maintenance contracts only and shall not be construed as insurance products under any applicable law.
3. PLAN CATEGORIES
The Company may offer the following Plans:
3.1 EXTENDED WARRANTY (“Warranty Mitra Care”)
- Covers manufacturing defects and functional failures
- Coverage commences after expiry of manufacturer warranty
- Coverage limited to repair or replacement of defective components
- Liability limited to reasonable repair cost and device value limits
3.2 SCREEN DAMAGE PROTECTION (“Warranty Mitra Care Plus” / “Warranty Mitra Pro”)
- Coverage limited to screen, touch panel, and display assembly
- Claims limited in number as defined at sale
- Subject to minimum time gap conditions
- Coverage limited to screen repair/replacement cost
3.3 TOTAL PROTECTION PLAN (“Warranty Mitra 360 Care”)
- Covers accidental, liquid, functional, and screen damage
- Subject to depreciation, device condition, and market value

Maximum liability limited to:
- Original invoice value; OR
- Depreciated market value (whichever is lower)
4. UNIVERSAL CONDITIONS
4.1 ACTIVATION CONDITION
Plans must be activated within 72 hours of device purchase or activation.
4.2 PAYMENT CONDITION
No Plan is valid without full payment.
4.3 SETTLEMENT MODE
All claims are settled via repair or replacement only. No cash settlement allowed.
4.4 DEVICE VALUE LIMIT
Coverage shall not exceed invoice value or depreciated market value (whichever is lower).
4.5 EXCLUSIONS
- Theft or loss
- Misuse or negligence
- Unauthorized repairs
- Pre-existing damage
- Data loss
5. PLAN VARIATION AND MODIFICATION
- Company may introduce or modify plans anytime
- Changes communicated via email or system notifications
- Binding without agreement amendment
6. END USER TERMS GOVERNANCE
End User Terms shall prevail in case of conflict.
7. NO GUARANTEE OF CLAIM APPROVAL
All claims subject to verification, inspection, and eligibility.
8. PRICING AUTHORITY
The Company has sole authority to determine pricing and revisions.
9. SYSTEM RECORD FINALITY
Company system records shall be final and binding.
10. NO PARTNER LIABILITY CLAIM
Partner cannot claim damages due to claim rejection or disputes.
11. MISREPRESENTATION AND MIS-SELLING
Partner is solely responsible for any incorrect selling or commitments.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE DISCLAIMER
Company not liable for third-party delays or deficiencies.
13. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Services available only in operational locations.
14. NO UNAUTHORISED REPRESENTATION
- No insurance representation
- No extra commitments
- No scope deviation
15. FINAL AUTHORITY
All decisions of the Company regarding plan scope, coverage, eligibility,
and claims shall be final and binding.
