This document governs your use of Warranty Mitra services provided by Goelectronix Technologies Private Limited, registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

1. Our Commitment

Goelectronix Technologies is committed to responsible e-waste management in accordance with the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 of India.

2. Collection Mechanism

We have established e-waste collection points at our service centers and retailer partners. Customers can deposit old or broken devices at any authorized collection point.

3. Processing Standards

All collected e-waste is processed by authorized recyclers holding valid CPCB certifications. We ensure zero illegal dumping or improper disposal of electronic waste.

4. Producer Responsibility

As a technology company, we fulfill our Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations by registering with the Central Pollution Control Board and meeting annual recycling targets.
