📋 General Questions

Warranty Mitra is India's trusted device protection platform by Goelectronix Technologies. We offer Extended Warranty, Screen Damage, and Total Protection plans for mobile devices, available through 500+ retailers across India.
All smartphones purchased from authorized retailers in India are eligible. The plan must be purchased within 30 days of device purchase. Devices must be in good working condition at the time of plan purchase.
Download the Warranty Mitra app, create an account, and enter your plan code along with your device IMEI number. Registration takes under 2 minutes and activates your coverage immediately.
Yes! You can purchase plans directly through the Warranty Mitra app or our website. You can also buy at any of our 500+ authorized retailer partners across India.

🛡️ Plan Coverage

The Screen Damage plan covers accidental screen cracks, display malfunctions, dead pixels, touch failures, and shattered screens. It allows up to 2 claims per year with zero deductible.
No. Extended Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and hardware failures after OEM warranty expires. For water/liquid damage coverage, you need the Total Protection plan.
No. Warranty Mitra plans do not cover theft, loss, or mysterious disappearance. Our plans are designed for device damage and hardware failures only.

🔧 Claims Process

Open the Warranty Mitra app → Go to My Plans → Select your plan → Tap "Raise Claim" → Upload photos of the damage → Submit. Our team reviews claims within 2-4 hours and schedules pickup.
Screen replacements are typically completed within 24 hours. Hardware repairs take 48-72 hours. We provide real-time status updates via app and SMS throughout the process.
We have doorstep pickup in 100+ cities across India. For cities not covered, we provide prepaid courier labels for device drop-off at our nearest service partner.
Screen Damage plans allow 2 claims per year. Extended Warranty and Total Protection plans allow unlimited claims during the coverage period, subject to plan terms and conditions.

💰 Billing & Pricing

Absolutely no hidden charges. The plan price you see is what you pay. All repairs, pickups, and deliveries under valid claims are completely free of charge.
Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase if no claims have been filed. After 15 days or after a claim, refunds are not applicable. Please refer to our plan terms for full details.
