This document governs your use of Warranty Mitra services provided by Goelectronix Technologies Private Limited, registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

1. Policy Statement

Goelectronix Technologies is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and harassment-free workplace for all employees in compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors at Goelectronix Technologies premises and during work-related events.

3. Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

An Internal Complaints Committee has been constituted as required under the POSH Act. Details are available with the HR department.

4. Complaint Process

Any employee who experiences or witnesses sexual harassment may file a written complaint with the ICC within 3 months of the incident. Confidentiality is maintained throughout.
