Protection plans are activated upon registration in the Warranty Mitra app within 30 days of device purchase. IMEI verification is mandatory for plan activation.
Coverage begins on the date of plan activation and runs for the period specified in the plan — 1 year or 2 years depending on the chosen plan.
Claims must be submitted through the official app or customer support channels with photographic evidence of damage within 7 days of the damage event.
All repairs are performed at authorized service centers using genuine or OEM-equivalent parts. A 90-day warranty is provided on all repairs performed under claim.
