This Policy applies to all service plans offered by Goelectronix Technologies Private Limited under the brand “Warranty Mitra”.
1. INTRODUCTION
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all service plans offered by Goelectronix Technologies Private Limited, operating under the brand “Warranty Mitra”.
2. GENERAL PRINCIPLE
All Plans are service contracts, not physical goods. Accordingly:
- Refunds and cancellations are governed strictly as per this Policy.
3. CANCELLATION
3.1 A Plan may be cancelled only if:
- No claim has been initiated
- No service has been availed
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase (or as per Company policy)
4. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refund shall be processed only if:
- Plan is unused
- No verification/claim initiated
- No fraud or misrepresentation exists
5. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
No refund shall be applicable in the following cases:
- Claim has been registered
- Service has been availed
- Plan activated after eligibility window (e.g., 72-hour rule violation)
- Incorrect or fraudulent information provided
6. REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds shall be processed to the original payment source
- Processing time: 7–10 working days
7. COMPANY RIGHTS
The Company reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on verification and policy compliance.
8. GST / TAX DISCLOSURE
All prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) as specified at the time of purchase.
9. CHARGEBACK / PAYMENT DISPUTE CLAUSE
In case of chargeback or payment dispute, the Company reserves the right to suspend services and recover applicable dues.
