Security & Data Policy

1. Data Encryption

All data transmitted between the Warranty Mitra app/website and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.

2. Access Controls

Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. All access is logged and monitored. Multi-factor authentication is required for all internal systems.

3. Incident Response

In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours in accordance with applicable data protection laws and take immediate remediation steps.

4. Third-Party Security

All third-party vendors with access to customer data are required to comply with our security standards and sign data processing agreements.
