Warranty Mitra provides digital warranty, extended warranty, protection, and service contract products for eligible electronic devices, appliances, and related products.
Our products are digital in nature and are not physical goods. Therefore, no physical shipment, courier delivery, or postal delivery is normally required.
Warranty Mitra products are sold and activated through our authorised retailers, distributors, and business partners.
The authorised retailer/partner registers the customer and product details on the Warranty Mitra platform. Once the product or plan is successfully registered, the customer can view the warranty/protection details in their customer account, app, or portal.
The customer can view the plan details only. Customer details, product details, and plan activation are managed by the authorised retailer/partner or Warranty Mitra team as per company process.
Authorised retailers and partners can access the Warranty Mitra platform through:
Through the retailer login or app, authorised retailers/partners may register customer products, activate plans, upload required documents, and manage warranty/service-related details.
Payment for Warranty Mitra plans may be collected from the customer by the authorised retailer/partner.
The authorised retailer/partner is responsible for collecting the applicable amount from the customer and paying the required amount to Goelectronix Technologies Private Limited as per the applicable commercial terms.
Retailers/partners may deduct their applicable commission, margin, or approved earning, if any, and pay the balance amount to the company through available payment modes.

The retailer/partner shall be responsible for making timely payment to the company for the plans activated or sold through their account.
Once the authorised retailer/partner completes registration and required payment or settlement process, the warranty/protection plan is digitally activated on the Warranty Mitra platform.
After activation, the customer may be able to view:
Digital confirmation may be provided through app, portal, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or retailer dashboard.
Since Warranty Mitra products are digital service contracts, Warranty Mitra does not normally ship any physical product, card, certificate, or printed document.
Any invoice, plan certificate, confirmation, or service contract details may be issued digitally.
Physical documents, if any, shall be provided only at the sole discretion of the company or where specifically agreed in writing.
In most cases, the plan is activated instantly or within a reasonable time after successful registration and payment confirmation by the authorised retailer/partner.
Activation may be delayed in the following cases:
Warranty Mitra shall not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer or retailer/partner.
Customers are advised to verify their warranty/protection plan details after registration.
If any detail is incorrect or the plan is not visible, the customer should immediately contact the authorised retailer/partner from where the plan was purchased or contact Warranty Mitra support.

Any issue arising due to wrong entry, miscommunication, delayed payment, incorrect invoice, or incomplete registration by the retailer/partner shall be the responsibility of the concerned retailer/partner.
This policy applies only to delivery and activation of Warranty Mitra digital plans.
In case of a claim or service request, pickup, doorstep service, repair, replacement, or delivery of repaired product shall be handled as per the applicable plan terms, claim approval, location serviceability, and company policy.
Any pickup, delivery, inspection, or service charges, if applicable, will be communicated during the claim process.
