Warranty Mitra provides device protection plans for mobile devices sold by authorized retailers. Coverage types include Extended Warranty, Screen Damage, and Total Protection plans.
Plans are available for smartphones purchased from authorized retailers in India. Plans must be purchased within 30 days of device purchase. Devices must be in good working condition at plan activation.
Claims must be raised through the Warranty Mitra app or by contacting customer support. False or fraudulent claims will result in plan termination and possible legal action.
Plans do not cover theft, loss, cosmetic damage, unauthorized modifications, damage due to negligence beyond accidental damage (for applicable plans), or pre-existing conditions.
Warranty Mitra's liability is limited to repair or replacement of the covered device. We are not responsible for data loss or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
