3.2 All plans offered under “Warranty Mitra” are:

6. PLAN PURCHASE AND VALIDITY

6.1 All Plans:

• Are subject to eligibility and validation
• Become valid only upon successful payment
• Are governed by separate End User Terms & Conditions

6.2 The Company reserves the right to:

• Reject or cancel any transaction
• Verify user and device information

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform, including Logos, Designs, Text, and Software are the property of the Company and protected under applicable laws. No User shall copy, reproduce, or use such content without prior written consent.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Platform may involve third-party service providers (e.g., service centres, logistics partners). The Company shall not be liable for delays or deficiencies caused by such third parties.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Liability shall be limited to services as per applicable Plan terms
• The Company shall not be responsible for data loss or device misuse

10. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

The Company does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform.

11. TERMINATION

The Company may suspend or terminate access in case of breach, fraud, misuse, or at its discretion.

12. PRIVACY

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

13. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall be published and binding upon continued use.
